Collection contains 5 individual packets (1 of each variety) of Dill - Use leaves to flavour vegetables, meat and fish. Approximate height 90cm (3'). Sow April-July; Sage - Strong flavoured herb for use with chicken, veal or pork dishes. Approximate height 60cm (2'). Sow March-April; Sweet Basil - Flavours salad, meat, fish and cheese dishes. Especially good with tomato dishes. Approximate height 45-60cm (1½-2'); Sweet Marjoram - Use with meat, egg and cheese dishes. Approximate height 25-30cm (10-12"). Sow March-April; Thyme - Mild/sweet taste for use with meat, fish, cheese and salad dishes. Approximate height 15-20cm (6-8"). Sow April-June.
