Culture: 1. Remove all of the contents from the box and empty the growing tray. Put one piece of blotting paper into the growing tray.
2. Moisten the paper with water and thinly sprinkle the seed over the surface of the paper.
3. Keep the paper moist but do not immerse in water. Cover the tray with paper and stand it on a warm windowsill.
4. When the seedlings are 1cm (½") high, remove covering paper and keep seedlings moist.
5. When the cress is 5cm (2") high, ask an adult to cut it with scissors at the base of the stems.
Note: You can grow a further 3 crops with fresh seeds from the packet and blotting paper provided, but remember to thoroughly wash the tray with clean water between each sowing. Harvest January-December.

Sowing Time: January-December
